Product Introduction

Defoamer for metalworking fluids is a compound of modified polyethers, organic polysiloxanes, dispersants, emulsifiers, and other components, offering strong defoaming and foam suppression performance. It is particularly suitable for use under conditions of medium to high temperatures, strong acids and alkalis, high shear forces, and high pressure. It can eliminate stubborn foam in various processing fluid systems over a wide temperature range.

Dosage and Method

1.Can be directly added to the product system requiring defoaming.

2.For on-site use, it can be diluted to a certain ratio but must be used promptly. Stirring speed should not be too fast; mix until uniform.

3.Addition amount is 10-500 PPM of the total foaming system. Actual dosage should be adjusted according to foam content and environment. Prior testing is recommended to achieve optimal defoaming effect and usage amount.

Packaging and Storage

1.Packaged in 25KG, 50KG, 200KG, 1000KG plastic drums.

2.Defoamer should be stored at 5~35°C. Do not place near heat sources or expose to direct sunlight.

3.Store according to general chemical storage methods. Ensure sealing after use to avoid deterioration.
